DilGeet: Pay in 4 and Cancellation Policy

How Pay in 4 works
- You pay for your song in 4 equal payments. There are no fees, no interest and no credit check.
- The first payment is taken at checkout.
- The other 3 are taken automatically from the same card every 2 weeks.
- After the 4th payment, the plan ends by itself and nothing more is ever charged.
- At checkout, Shopify calls this a “subscription”. It isn’t one: it is one song, paid in 4 parts.
When your song is made
We start your song right after your first payment. It is delivered on the normal timeline: Dil Se within 3 days, Dil Ki Baat within 24 hours. You don’t wait until it’s paid off.
Cancelling
- Before we start your song: email us and we will stop the plan and refund what you’ve paid.
- After your song is delivered: the remaining payments are the balance for a song you have already received, so the plan can’t be cancelled. It finishes on its own after the 4th payment.
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: this applies to Pay in 4 orders too. If we issue a refund under the guarantee, we stop the remaining payments and refund everything you’ve paid. The usual rules of our Refund Policy apply, including that downloading your final files confirms you accept the song.
If a payment doesn’t go through
We’ll try again and email you so you can update your card. Please contact us if you need help. We’ll always work with you.
Changing your card or paying the rest early
Email hello@dilgeet.com with your order number and we’ll help.
Discount codes
Some discount codes only work when you pay in full. If a code doesn’t apply to Pay in 4, it will show at checkout.
